Carrie brings more than two decades of political, policy and management experience to her work as a public affairs and communications strategist. She deploys this expertise to help clients effectively connect with target audiences to communicate strategic messaging objectives and win campaigns — as well as hearts and minds.
Carrie has served as a trusted counselor to elected officials and political candidates plus C- suite and nonprofit executives. She has held key senior staff roles on Capitol Hill for two members of Congress, and former D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty, overseeing all communications and policy development aspects of these operations.
Before entering government service, Carrie kickstarted her career in technology and consumer public relations for several global companies based in Southern California.
Growing up in Washington, D.C., she learned early on how to navigate the intersection of politics, media and community-level influencers. With this background, she is adept at crafting and targeting tailored stories to the right audiences and, above all, leveraging the critical role relationships play in getting those stories told convincingly.
